https://journal.diginus.id/ITEJ/article/view/715

Digital data security is a crucial issue in the era of modern technology, especially
for students who are vulnerable to cyber threats. This study aims to analyze the
effect of digital data security literacy on students' awareness and behavior in
protecting personal data. The research was conducted with a quantitative method
using a cross-sectional design, involving 107 students as respondents. Data were
obtained through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed descriptively
using Microsoft Excel and Jamovi. The results showed that the user education and
awareness aspect had the highest average (3.82), reflecting students' good
understanding of the importance of maintaining data confidentiality. However,
the data access aspect had the lowest average score (3.60), indicating the need for
improvement in controls over personal data access. These findings are relevant to
previous literature, which confirms the importance of digital security education
in improving literacy and awareness of cyber threats. This research provides new
insights that can serve as a basis for developing more effective digital security
education programs in educational institutions. By improving digital data security
literacy, students are expected to be better able to protect their data from threats
in the digital era.
Alif Alfi TakdirDevi Miftahul Jannah

https://journal.diginus.id/ITEJ/article/view/716

Social media has become an important part of young people's lives, not only as a
means of communication and entertainment, but also as a space for intense social
interaction. The high intensity of internet use brings both positive opportunities
and risks, one of which is cyberbullying which has a serious impact on mental
health, such as anxiety and depression. This study aims to analyze the effect of
internet usage intensity and social environment on cyberbullying tendencies in
college students. The research method used a quantitative approach with a crosssectional
design. Data were obtained through a five-point Likert scale online
questionnaire filled out by 83 respondents from various generations. Descriptive
analysis showed that aspects of social media use were quite high, while direct
experience of cyberbullying was relatively lower. Social environment support was
moderate, but awareness of cyberbullying prevention was high. The findings
indicate that the intensity of internet use potentially increases the risk of
cyberbullying, but social environmental factors and digital awareness can serve
as important protections. This research provides practical contributions in the
form of recommendations for digital literacy, strengthening family support, and
social media monitoring to create a safer digital ecosystem for the younger
generation.
HerawatiShalsa NabilaPutri NirmalaUmmul Khaeri Masna

https://journal.diginus.id/ITEJ/article/view/717

The month of Ramadan is an important moment for Muslims to improve the
quality of their worship and spirituality. However, in today's fast-paced modern
era, managing worship time has become a challenge in itself. This study aims to
develop a mobile application called KAREEM that supports Muslims in
managing their worship activities during Ramadan, such as prayer reminders,
recording the completion of the Qur'an, and community interaction. The
development method used is an incremental model with a structured System
Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach. Development was carried out using
Android Studio and Firebase for real-time data storage. System implementation
includes key features such as login, profile, worship reminders, community, and
Quran reading progress. Testing was conducted using black box and white box
methods, showing that all features worked as expected and were free from logical
errors. The results show that the KAREEM application can help users schedule
and record worship activities effectively. Continuous development is
recommended, such as improvements to the
interface, two-factor security, and voice features for user inclusion. This
application has great potential to become a useful digital worship companion
solution during Ramadan and beyond.
Daffa FakhirNabila Al Buqari JufriMuh Akhlatul IhsanPutri NirmalaUmmul Khaeri Masna

https://journal.diginus.id/ITEJ/article/view/721

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, especially in design
teaching, offers great potential to improve students' creativity, reflection, and
design thinking mindset. This study aims to evaluate the effect of AI integration
in design-based learning on students' creative thinking ability, reflection, and
design mindset. The study used quantitative methods with a cross-sectional
design, involving 82 respondents from various departments in higher education
institutions. The research instrument was a questionnaire covering aspects of
creativity, reflection, and design mindset. The data analysis technique used
descriptive analysis. The results showed that 59.76% of the respondents were 19
years old, and most (85.37%) were 3rd semester students. The use of AI in designbased
learning was proven to increase student creativity with an average score of
3.66 on a scale of 5, strengthen reflection skills with an average of 3.63, and
improve design thinking mindset with an average of 3.75. However, the results
also revealed that AI is more effective as a supporting tool in the learning process
rather than replacing direct interaction between students and educators. Therefore,
AI can be integrated as a tool that supports creativity, but still requires the role of
human guidance.
Nur Indah PratiwiSerly SasmitaAndi Dio Nurul AwaliaDian Puspita Sari Andri

https://journal.diginus.id/ITEJ/article/view/722

Bugis Waterpark Adventure in Makassar faces challenges in promotional outreach and information accessibility due to the absence of a professionally designed web-based information system. This research aims to design and develop a web-based tourist information system, BugisGo, to improve accessibility and visitor experience. The system was developed using the Agile method, which involves the stages of system planning, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and iterative testing. BugisGo successfully implemented key features such as online ticket booking, payment system, and visitor feedback. Black-box and white-box testing showed that the system functions properly and securely. The Agile development process allows for flexibility and continuous improvement based on user feedback, increasing visitor satisfaction and operational efficiency. The BugisGo system successfully improved accessibility and visitor experience, but further research is needed for performance testing under high load conditions and mobile application integration.
Vina Annisa SofyanMuhammad IqramNur Amalia RamadhanIzzaturrahmanPramudya Asoka Syukur

https://journal.diginus.id/ITEJ/article/view/723

The dependence on digital technology in higher education has increased the need for digital security technology. This study aims to explore students' perspectives on the importance of digital security in Indonesian higher education, focusing on factors such as motivation, behavior, trust, and intention to use digital security technology. Using a quantitative descriptive approach and cross-sectional design, data were collected from 91 respondents through a Likert scale questionnaire covering the variables of Motivation and Behavior, Perceived Trust, Electronic Word of Mouth, Actual Use, and Intention to Use. The results show that students have high motivation and positive behavior towards the use of digital security technology, supported by their trust in the effectiveness of the technology and the role of the government. These findings indicate that the adoption of digital security technology can be strengthened through better digital security education and literacy, as well as supportive policies. This research contributes theoretically to the literature on technology acceptance in higher education and offers practical insights for increasing student awareness and participation in digital security.
Muh.
