ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DIGITAL CALON PENDIDIK DENGAN PENDEKATAN SELF-DETERMINATION THEORY

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendekatan Self-Determination Theory (SDT) terhadap kompetensi digital calon pendidik, dengan variabel bebas SDT dan variabel terikat kompetensi digital. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa PPG 2024 bidang BK UNM yang mengikuti Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) di Makassar, dengan sampel sebanyak 84 orang melalui metode convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert via Google Forms dan dianalisis menggunakan uji deskriptif, uji asumsi, serta uji F (ANOVA) dan uji t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan SDT berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi digital, baik secara simultan (Sig. = 0,000) maupun parsial (t hitung = 11,385; Sig. = 0,000). Selain itu, pemenuhan pendekatan SDT juga berpengaruh terhadap faktor eksternal seperti fasilitas teknologi, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan dukungan institusi dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era digital.
